Osmozis : first listed company to have followed the TechShare Programme
Osmozis has been a supplier and operator of multi-service networks in European holiday centres since 2005. Turnover has been increasing by more than 25% per year, with Osmozis investing in its growth in order to satisfy its European customers with very high-speed wireless networks and new services and connected devices for a world of “connected holidays”.
Osmozis was one of the 29 participants in TechShare’s first edition in 2015. The TechShare Programme is a unique pan-European course, created by EnterNext in 2015, to familiarize innovative businesses with capital markets. The training program enabled Osmozis’ executives to meet a vast range of advisors, to acquaint themselves with the complex processes of an IPO and to comprehensively prepare the company in good time for its listing.
Osmozis, was successfully listed onto the Alternext market in Paris on February 8th 2017. The IPO allowed Osmozis to raise €8.2 million, and, on the day of listing, the company's market capitalisation rose to €22.4 million.
The company is targeting a turnover of €20 million and a EBITDA margin of 30% before the year 2020. To this end, the company aims to double the number of sites covered by their WiFi networks, all while expanding their international presence (to date, Osmozis covers 5 countries – France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany). Their IPO fits into this strategy seamlessly and offers the company the financial means to follow it through.
