How Witbe is going to accelerate its international expansion
Witbe, the French company specialized in solutions to test and monitor services, says that companies have never been that concerned about “user experience”. In a context where online consumers have become demanding, Witbe provides companies with offers enabling to check, sometimes in real time, the performances of the services they propose.
43% of Witbe’s turnover is realized in the USA. Within its client portfolio, Witbe has several big corporations, such as Orange, BNP Paribas and Canal + in France, Comcast and Time Warner Cable in the US, or telecom operator Rogers in Canada. The idea is to enable those service providers to detect as quickly as possible a potential problem to resolve it as fast as possible. To develop this monitoring technology, Witbe says about 30% of its workforce is dedicated to R&D.
