Ecoslops has developed a unique technology to transform oil residues from shipping (slops and sludge) into new recycled marine fuels. Ecoslops’ first industrial scale treatment unit, with an annual capacity of more than 25,000 tons of recycled fuel, is located in the port of Sinès, Portugal.
The Ecoslops technology is based on:
• a perfect knowledge of the processes of collection, treatment and recycling of slops and sludges
• a major innovation: the P2R (Petroleum Residues Recycling) column.
Through an innovative and integrated approach, Ecoslops provides port infrastructure, waste collectors and ship owners with an economical and ecological solution that complies with European and other international regulation regarding the collection and the treatment of slops.
Ecoslops technology is based on five major steps fully integrated:
Ecoslops is listed on the Alternex market of Euronext Paris.
